The Public Health Department, Garfield County, Colorado is seeking an Environmental Health Manager. The Environmental Health Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all Environmental Health programs.  



A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health or related field, with 30 semester hours in biological, physical or sanitary science and 5 years progressive postgraduate experience performing technical tasks in Environmental Health, Health Protection, Public Health or Sanitation with 2 years supervision or program management experience at an EHS III level or equivalent required. Registered Environmental Health Specialist credentialing through the National Environmental Health Association required. A Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in public health or a related field may be substituted for 2 years of general experience.
