AEC Meeting App Help Guide

To get started, watch your inbox for an email from aec@neha.org. This will contain your invitation and log in information. This email will be sent after you register for the conference. You can also view the content of the app on your computer at neha.zerista.com.

To download the meeting companion app to your smartphone or tablet, follow the appropriate link below or search "NEHA AEC."

Home

Home is where you can view a snapshot of upcoming sessions. On the bottom of the page you will see icons for Home, My Event, Agenda, Attendees and More. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Event

My Event is where you can find and manage your saved contacts, sessions and events, and messages. You can also upload a photo, add your title and organization. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Agenda

The Agenda section is where you can view AEC sessions and events, and save them to your personal schedule. There is a recommended tab that will show you a list of sessions based on your interests. You can also select the filter function to refine your search. 

Press the arrow button next to a session title to either add that session to your schedule, or check in. 


 

Attendees

Attendees will show you a list of all attendees for the AEC. You'll notice a recommended tab, this will show you attendees with similar career fields and interests.

Press the down arrow next to an attendee to add them to your contacts, request a meeting, or send them a direct message. 

More

More is the main menu and it has several areas that you can utilize throughout the conference:

Exhibitors: View exhibitors and your saved “My Exhibitors” list.

Sponsors: View the sponsors of the conference.

Speakers: View speakers’ profiles.

Maps: Hotel Layout and Exhibitor Floorplan.

Local Guide: Interactive Google Map shows you the locations of all four hotels, social events and exhibition. 

Audience Response: NEHA's new polling and evaluation tool that allows attendees to engage with sessions by taking part in polls and Q and A. It also gives audience members an opportunity to evaluate a session. This is also where speakers can go to create a poll and unlock it during their session. 

Posts: See live streaming social media updates. 

Scanner: Scan QR codes from other attendees to swap contact information, or to check in at sessions and events. 

My QR Code: Open up your personal QR code. Other attendees can scan this code to receive your contact information at your discretion. (Attendee QR codes will be printed on your conference badge).

Settings: Adjust your app account settings and profile.
