We are pleased to announce that registration for the 15th International Conference on Lyme Borreliosis and Other Tick-Borne Diseases (ICLB) in Atlanta, Georgia, is now open.

  • Non-U.S. citizens: Must register by June 18
  • U.S. citizens: Must register by August 10

Registration Fees

Standard Registration Fees (Non-U.S. Government Employee)
 
Conference registration is $550 and includes: 
  • One appetizer ticket to the opening reception on Tuesday, September 11
  • Admission to all ICLB presentations and poster sessions
  • Boxed lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, September 12 and 13
  • Beverages and light refreshments throughout the conference
 
U.S. Federal Government Employee Registration Fees
 
Conference registration is $550 ($454 for the conference registration + $96 for the food and beverage registration) and includes: 
  • Admission to all ICLB presentations and poster sessions 
Food and beverage registration includes: 
  • One appetizer ticket to the opening reception on Tuesday, September 11
  • Boxed lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, September 12 and 13
  • Beverages and light refreshments throughout the conference
 
Note: Registrations for federal government employees will not be completed until you have also purchased the ICLB Food and Beverage product on a separate transaction. 

Cancellation Policy

Persons who have completed an online registration but are unable to attend the ICLB may obtain a refund/credit of fees, less an applicable processing/cancellation fee, ONLY IF A WRITTEN REQUEST IS RECEIVED BY 5:00 PM PACIFIC TIME ON AUGUST 27, 2018.
 
The cancellation fee is $75.
 
Requests for cancellation should be sent via fax to (303) 691.9490 or e-mail to staff@neha.org. Absolutely no refunds will be granted for requests received after this date.
 
Original payments made by credit card will be immediately credited back to the card used. Registration is not considered final until we have received your payment in full. Regardless of the timing of your payment, cancellation policies will be enforced.

NEHA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all ICLB activities. In the event ICLB must be cancelled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded in full. All other cancellations are subject to the policy as stated above.
 

Agreement and Consent to Meeting Terms

By submitting your registration, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms, conditions, and policies contained on the ICLB and NEHA websites.
 
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), as part of the 15th International Conference on Lyme Borreliosis and Other Tick-Borne Diseases (ICLB), invites a wide variety of speakers to present the latest research on tick-borne diseases. The speakers are given general guidelines to facilitate their respective presentations, however, they are solely responsible for the content of those presentations as well as for the abstracts and materials provided for their presentations. Moreover, any comments or observations made by an individual speaker are the sole responsibility of that speaker and do not necessarily reflect the judgement or views or CDC, NIH, or NEHA. No liability, either expressed or implied, for any such statement or content of any given presentation at ICLB will under any circumstances be assumed by CDC, NIH, or NEHA.
 
The ICLB schedule, sessions, speakers, events, etc. are subject to change at any time without prior notification.
 

Agreement and Consent to Security Check for Admission to CDC's Harkin Global Communications Center

By submitting your registration, you give consent to a background security check by CDC’s Office of Safety, Security, and Asset Management. You also agree to provide the requested information to CDC security officials by the deadlines stated below:
  • Non-U.S. citizens: Must register by June 18
  • U.S. citizens: Must register by August 10
 
In the event that access to CDC facilities is denied, a full refund will be provided. Original payments made by credit card will be immediately credited back to the card used. Refunds paid by check can take up to four weeks for processing.
 
Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a separate e-mail requesting information for a security check.
